• Our prices are a guideline. We reserve the right to charge extra for unreasonable levels of soiling, pet hair, vomit or anything else that requires additional time and effort to rectify.

• The vehicle must be accessible and parked in a safe location for the duration of the service. 

• In the event of adverse weather, we always aim to complete the job, but rescheduling may be necessary.

• While every effort is made to achieve the best results, certain stains, defects, or damage may be permanent and cannot be fully restored.
